pass two rigorous day-long written examinations – one on Business
Bankruptcy and one on Consumer Bankruptcy; and

bullet

Presently, has to attend Business and Consumer Bankruptcy Law Seminars
every year in order to remain abreast of the most recent changes affecting
bankruptcy
